Default Boost gauge Wiring

Hi all,
Can anyone give me some help wiring my new Boost gauge?
It is mounted on the Right pillar of my 04 Wrx. I would like to power the Gauge from the ignition circuit. I have noticed three spare plug connectors on the right underside of the dash. One white with four wires Red/Green, Red/White, Red/Blue and I think Black/Brown? The other two connectors are Green, with one Brown wire on one and the other has a Green/White wire. Can I use a power and earth from these plugs or will I have to use some other means? And what are they for anyway?

Thanks for your help Rob

Just finished doing mine

I wired mine in to the radio, green and white wire. Those plugs under the dash are the diagnostic connectors I assume.

Try this site, under documentation

Thanks paul,
Been reading other posts on this, most people use the cig lighter bulb for powering the Gauge backlight. Think I will try this myself.

Have Just finished fitting the Boost gauge. Used a feed from the headlight height adjustment switch. This switch is very easy to remove. Pulled the plug connector from the back of the switch and checked for live feed with my test meter. Purple wire is the switch backlight power, Black is the negative wire. Spliced into these and the Boost gauge backlight works with the side lights.
