Where is the best place to wire in a boost guage back light. I want it to illuminate only when the side/head lights are on.

OK then. I've just done another search and a guy said that he had wired it in off the 'bright' button. Is it as simple as just connecting the live and earth on the back side of the unit. I've not had the button out yet so i don't know what the back looks like.

Joined mine into the fog light switch its closer(depending on where your boost gauge is)
