Default knock link loctaor

trying to find location of sensor to fit my knock link , links of pis on threads not working? any ideas?

got the links to work but pics on stefans page don't look like my 94 wrx i have a threaded hole where wot looks to be where you fit the sensor, think this will be the right hole?

do a search, i put a thread up asking the same for my bugeye. Got a picture of the location. It was near to where the engine number is stamped in a threaded hole near by. This is also the location used by the guy who mapped my ecu. Hope this helps steve

Standing at the front of the car, facing backwards, the threaded hole is just under the front right hand corner of the intercooler.

Take a bolt out thats holding a bracket & replace with the same bracket, knocklink sensor & longer bolt.

The bolt is an M8 (or was it M5?) x 30mm just incase you were wondering, the replacement needs to be MXX x 35mm. I bought a single bolt off the internet and got sent a spare. If the bolts the same as a MY00 then youre welcome to my spare.
