Default Morrettes Vs Prodrive 'Style' Lights - 02 Bug

I've Prodrive Style lights on my 02 UK STI, which, in terms of light quality seem pretty good.

How do the Morrettes compare ?

I'm interested in the ability to light the road, not the appearance of the car here ....

Cheers,

Mark

Can't comment on the Morrettes but have the Prodrive Style Lights myself. They are very good at lighting up the road I must agree. Mine are fitted with Phillips Vision Plus bulbs (they were like this when I got the car a few months old). Do they come as standard with these or did the last owner upgrade to these I wonder? I recently had to change one and they cost a fortune (approx. £20 odd for a pair - can't get them individually I was told) but give off excellent light!

I've got "prodrive" style lights (actually made by Orciari), the light was much better than the standard bug eyes, but i needed more light so went for a pilot HID conversion - absolutely amazing results

I had a HID conversion on my 98 classic, that I fitted myself into the 00 style clear headlamps. That really was good - particularly on main beam, with the PIAA driving lamps that I had too !

I'm happy with the light given off the prodrives, but wondered if the morrettes were worse I guess, before fitting them for 'looks' - I wouldn't fit them if they were worse...

I think the Prodrive ones 'look' much better - just my personal choice.
