Replacing bulbs MY02 Morette

1 of the side light bulbs on my MY02 has gone, any idea how to get them out??

Also any suggestions whats the best bulbs to replace them with?

with the morrettes you have to remove the whole light cluster to get them out.. two bolts behind the front grill and one at teh top into the wing..
