Are the Xenon bulbs advertised on Ebay worth the dosh?

Probably not go for Osram Silverstars if you want to remain road legal, if you're not too fussed then give Halfords rally bulbs a go.

Also have alook at:
Philips Vision Pluus 50% uprated, and,
GE Megalights, 60% uprated.

I've used both and would recommend them.
