Default Dial Kit problem

Just recently bought some plasma dials which i have now found out have come from US. All looking very spangly only to find out that their fuel and tem gauge are the opposite way round to the Jap ones.

Leaves me with a predicament of no dial return, and being unable to put the fuel and temp gauges on unless.......

Does anyone know if you would be able to change the sensor feeds to the needles over, effectively putting my car with the temp gauge on the left and fuel on the right now so the gauge kit will fit.

This is for a 94 wrx import.

Thanks

It'll depend on whether the new gauges have PCB type rear wiring.

You ought to be able to trace what connector does what anyway, so your idea should work.........

hmmmm......I too had the same problem of buyign a dialing kit from the US. Double check if the speedo readouts double match your stock speedo and the check seatbelt light and handbrake, plus many others where inverted the otehr way.
