STI 03 Subaru Twin healights too bright?

Had some subaru twin headlights fitted to my STI 03. I've been flashed every night by oncoming cars a few times a night. They do seem really bright. Anyone had similar problems??

Who fitted them? Have you checked the alignment? Even the brightest (HID) lights don't dazzle if properly aligned.
