Default Headlights and sidelights

I know that the wiring looms in the scoobs is not great and can melt. Ive been give a PIAA professional halogen lamp sstem kit.
H4 + W5W
12V
60/55W 110/100

Will these be ok for my car or will they melt the loom?

H4 is the dip / main beam bulb, W5W is the sidelight bulb.

W5W means 5W (5 watts, measure of the current consumed) which is the same current draw as the standard side light so that will be OK.

60/55W means the H4 takes 60W for dip and 55W for main, again thats the standard current draw so again no problem.

Slightly confused by the 110/100. Where's this from? If it's also on the H4 then some concern. If it means the bulbs take 110W on dip and 100W on main then that's double the standard current and the standard loom would be in danger of melting so adding relays would be a sensible move.

I suspect though that PIAA are saying that their bulbs, although only consuming 60/55W, are producing as much light as there competitors would with 110/100W. In which case fine, they're only taking 60/55W so the wiring will be OK. The wiring only knows the current that it's passing, it's not bothered by how efficiently the bulb is converting it to light.
