Default SIDE LIGHTS STAYING ON

Cant get them to go off. I havent a clue about this sort of thing. Anybody help??

Thats exactly what it was. Handbook said only 1 side would light up for parking light. As both sides were lit up, I disregarded parking switch. Feel a right ****. Many thanks.

Maybe only one side if the indicator is left set the other way IYSWIM. Never tried it myself though I might have a play next time I wash the car.
