If it's got the OE fogs, there are 3 bolts, two at the bottom corners and one at the top (inner?). They are 10mm and need a short extension to get at them.
The outer lower one also holds in the indicator, so be ready for this to fall out when you remove that bolt.
Once the bolts are out, the light comes away in your hand, and IIRC the bulbholder is a twist off, with the bulb an H3.
Grease or copperslip bolts before replacing.
