Default Headlamp Adjustment..

I'm hoping this isn't a numpty post...

I've been meaning to adjust my headlamps for sometime (yes Andy, it has taken me this long!), but can't find any obvious adjustement ****.. mainly vertical as I appear to be blinding the car in front..

It's a UK 98...

Thanks in advance...

IIRC, (it's a while since I changed mine for Morettes), the vertical adjuster is ON TOP of each light unit.

I thought I took a while to get my finger out with certain things

dunno about classic lights but newage cars have two adjusters - L/R and Up/Down but they may work in conjuction with each other like on WR Sport lights, i.e. on a slant if you alter one it moves the other about a third pivot point

I'll see if I can dig out my beam aiming instructions or you could have a search under this forum with my username and also Nick / Autolamps as AFAIR he originally posted them and I've repeated them a time or two for other people... FYI it's a post where there's a diagram of the beams done in characters, i.e. \___ + \___ etc

Al,

found it...

Aiming info

Use the second version of the instructions as the formatting is a tad more understandable
