How do i get my alarm to chirp (part 2!)
I have the same question as messiah, but mine is a Laserline system. It used to chirp but i did something accidentally and now it doesn't.
Any ideas anyone?

Maybe the budgie inside the box has died...
What about trying Laserline's website for a downloadable manual?

If it is a Laserline 996 try
1. Disarm the alarm
2. Turn on the ignition
3. Open the drivers door then press the arm button and look at led for following conformation....
enabled= The LED will flash once accompanied by a short beep from siren
disabled= The LED will flash twice without a siren beep
4. Turn off vehicle ignition, close all doors and arm in the usual way.
Hope that helps

Woohoo! cheers retroR2 it worked. It is a laserline 996.
Do you happen to have a copy of the instructions? If so, does it say anything about remote central locking because i still need to use the key to lock mine.

Yeah I have the instructions i have one fitted to mine and I have to use the key to unlock/lock mine too. For remote locking it looks like you need an optional interface though I have no idea which one as the instructions dont really mention it.... May need to contact a Laserline dealer to find out.
