What is the feeling toward speed trap detectors like Geodesy, Snooper, Bel etc? are they worth the money ? Do any of you guys/gals use them in scotland ? Do they actuall work ?

Road Angel (Mark 1). GPS plus laser/radar sensing. 200 quid from ebay 2 weeks ago, just been updated. Mar II's are going for about 350quid on ebay but I think Mark I are just as good and a better deal.

I use a Geodesy with GPS only. Cant see the point of laser or radar as they normaly have you nicked before the unit gives you a warning. Besides, the camera vans and hand helds are generally used in 30 or 40 limits where you should be obeying them anyway.
