My STI IV has failed the MOT on the beam pattern.. Apparantly the pattern on dip is not the accepted sharp definition and kick up to the left.. It's more a blurry half moon effort..

Anybody had this before, or can suggest a path of action to get it through the MOT ??

Cheers

Wink

Borrow the headlights out of a UK car, do the MOT and put the old ones back in.

OK, simply done... Apart from the fact that it'll pass the MOT what are the advantages/disadvantages of jap spec over uk spec headlight units ???

Top man, spot on...
It's a shame the MOT tester didn't spot that one.
All it took was a small twist of each bulb and a pleasing clunk to solve the problem..

Once again many thanx for the suggestions.
