I think the driving lights on a RB5 are PIAA PRO 8O XT , if so clear covers are not yet available from PIAA yet, but should be in the next couple of months.
You can put the subaru foglight covers over the PIAAs like this:
I have mine on upside down so that I can see further as the mounting lugs stop the light tilting up far enough.The covers have already stopped my lights being smashed once.
