MY01 Morette Headlights

I am getting a MY01 WRX Wagon Sept 1st 
I want to fit morette lights but i'm a bit worried as i am planning a trip abroad (To Slovakia - family & High Tatra) - can they be set for driving in Europe? or can you use the stick on light deflectors?
I would appreciate any help!!!
