The switch on the top of the steering wheel column doesn't work ... any ideas?? All sidelights etc work perfectly normally, just I can't get the sidelights to come on without the ignition on?

Its on an MY00.

Yep - checked that .. I thought for ages it was just me being stupid but this time I really don't think it is !

Anybody got any ideas?!
