STi sidelights?

Apologies for even more sidelight questions.
Since the manual is in Japnese, I'm unsure which 'small screw' requires undoing 'specially as the whole side light appears to be 'in' the wing. Are the lights on my '99 STi V the same as the UK ones (I would have thought so), and in real numpty terms (or better piccies) how do I get the things out.
Coincidentally I also bought some blue bulbs from Hedge End Halfords, have they all been recalled?
