Maybe a silly question... I'll ask it anyway... what lights should come on when you flash or have your headlights on main beam?

My 94 WRX just flashes the main headlights and not the front fog lamps, although I have been flashed by a Scooby which lit up like a christmas tree at the front (all the front lights came on including fogs).

The other Scooby has had a driving light conversion. I assume you haven't! It throw me when that first happened to me!
