All my sidelights and number-plate lights have suddenly stopped working. All fuses are ok. All bulbs fine and the wiring looks ok. Can anybody help!

Subaru says there isn't one yet I can here one clicking by the fuses under the dashboard. The switch on top of the steering column oversides the one on the stalk and that doesn't work either.
All sidelights dead!
