HELP - Sti8 which bulbs?

Hi all,
Had a search through a number of threads, but cannot find a definitive answer and after the bad weather at the weekend I really want to upgrade from the standard bulbs ASAP.
Which bulbs out of the two below would people recommend for an Sti8?
Philips Vision Plus
or
Osram Silver Star
Plus can anyone confirm that the bulbs for a MY03 Sti8 are:
HB3 (9005) - Dip Beam
H1 - Main Beam

Can't comment on the blub makes but can on the types.
I have an STi7 and in the past people have stated that the bulb types are the same for the STi8. The STi7 has H1 and 9005 bulbs, I'm pretty sure HB3 is another name for 9005. But you've got them the worng way round, it's H1 dip and 9005 / HB3 for main.
