Need to know what bulbs are used in the headlights on the STI 8 all know is that they are not H4

Must be same as WRX03 which has H1 for dip and 9005 (HB3) for main beam.

My OEM fit are Philips for H1 and Sylvania (Osram) for main.

A bit fiddly to change dips as you need to remove battery holder and slide it back as far as you can without disconnecting it to get your hand in.

remove air intake and completely remove battery.

it's much easier than scraping your knuckles ... i've done it 1000000000 times (see other lighting threads).

Air intake is 2 bolts and give it a pull, that's the easy side!!

Alex, i've got a set of HID's left over from my STI 7 only just found out they will fir after being given the wrong info after I bought the new car
