Question

So dose anybody know what it is and why its disconnected??? its under the steering column

Its to read the CEL codes , there should also be a black one too that one is to reset the ecu

Other way round, green to enter test mode, black for resets

Eh? Thought green was test mode, black was read memory mode, and both was reset?

...For sake of completeness, probably worth adding that MY01 and newer cars don't have the black pair.
