Interior Light Delay

Can anyone tell me where I can find the relay/timer which switches the interior light on for about 15 seconds when the remote locking is operated? It is a MY00 with a Cobra alarm, but I assume it is part of the standard wiring.
Also, where is the easiest place to pick up an instrument light supply?
