HELP ..!! both my indicators don't work now, the fuse keeps blowing when I replace it... the strange bit that the hazards works and all the indicators are as well.. when I replace the fuse and switch on the inignition and try the indicator, the fuse blows.. Obviously, it is shorting out, but where...??? I suspect it could be the indicator stalk at fault, but not sure how to identify whether this is the cause..

ANY ideas..??

OJ

ermm.. not to sure about scoobys, but on most cars the indicator and hazards do not share the same relay. only guessing here but the relay should be after the switch so its worth pulling it out to see if the switch still pops the fuse..sorry not much help...Lee

thanks for that advice, I will give it a go.. I change the relay but to no avail..

I checked the Subaru wiring diagram and the relay is one unit for both..

fixed the fault, down to the rear fog light switch, two wiring touching thus causing the short.. a freind had installed the wiring for me, just one of those things.. anyway happy now ..
