First check the fuse then the relay and then the switch inside the car. Failing those it could be the wiring and then it could be both motors although this is unlikely.
Can you check if there is power going to the motor or if the motor
is actually working? If the motor is working it could be the ball
and socket arrangement on that side has become detached.
