Right, one of the headlights has blown and as it needs to be replaced, I want to upgrade it as I don't think the current ones are very good.
What bulbs are the best for a MY99 WRX, and how much should I be paying for them?

There are lots out there, but my faves at the mo are Philips Vision Plus 50% brighter, available from Powerbulbs on line for about £20 per pair, with FREE uprated sidelight bulbs.
I like 'em because they don't need new wiring, and put the light accurately where you want it. Also cheap compared with some others.
