That's the 2nd one in 10 months...

Am I unlucky or has anyone else had similar problems?

Is it because they are perpendicular to the road so take the full force of stones/rocks (compared to bug eye lights) or the material they are made form..or both?

Another £90 gone to Graham Goode Racing for a replacement!

If you keep breaking them, I think they used the same size lenses (5in) in ford Capris

Keep the morette 'Cibie' ones for when you sell the car

Come to think of it, the Mk2 RS2000 had Cibie lenses.

Might be cheaper in the long run.

Tony, if they are the Morrettes for the "Classic" then yes a Ford Capri light works fine. I smashed one of mine a couple of months back and got told by a friend that I shoud get one. Phoned up Demon Tweeks and asked for a replacement light for a Capri (part no. is CIB082371) and got it for £25!

The lens was delivered the next day and fitted fine.

If they're not for a Classic, then ignore the above!
