What size bulbs?

Currently on standard size H4's for my MY00.
Just wondering what they can go up to safely, ie no wiring issues, heat etc.
They are also the same rating as the ones in my morrettes. Would the same bulbs be of use in the morrettes?

Its more a legal issue
They have to be aproved if the car was registered after 84 or some year..
<cough> dont go much higher than 100w with subaru wiring <cough>
someone I know who used to own a nova, then a pug 106 then a scoob... has been known to use 100/130 bulbs
HID is the way to go..

one replacement lense for the morrettes
one HID conversion for dipped lights on the morrettes
2 100w H2 bulbs for the spots on the morrettes
