Since changing the lamp in the headlight i find the adjuster doesn't work anymore. I can hear the motor working but the headlight isn't moving. The car is an MY98. Any ideas.

Yes.
Inside it is a little plastic bit that has come adrift.
You'll have to take the light unit off, dismantle it by undoing the clips that hold the glass on, relocate the little plastic bit, reassemble, and refit the light unit.
Sounds worse than it is.

managed to get it fixed. Easy to do just took a long time to get the unit apart as it is a sealed unit.
