I'm about to fit a Boost gauge to my STi7 (A pillar), can anyone advise on where to T into the dash lighting circuit, wire colour, easiest place to access etc?

I had to ask the same thing a while back....... the answer I got was:

use the PURPLE wire from the back of your fog light switch for the live feed.......

It was very easy to find/get at - took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I have to admit I was a little careless and blew the tiny little bulb in the switch (somehow!! it may not have been working before, but I don't know) but this too was easy to change.

Edited to say : "Doh! just noticed its an STi 7 - mine a classic MY99, however, after talking to a chap with an MY02, I believe te advice is the same.........

I loosened the panel enough to get behind it, and popped the switch out forwards.......
