I'm new to the lights forum. I'm about to invest in a set of morettes for my MY 2001 bug-eye - dark blue. Do people recommend the full or partial colour coded option.

 

Since they come un-colour coded, you could fit them, take a look, then remove and have them coded if you don't like it.
Alternatively, look in the gallery. There are cars in there with both options.
Mine are coded, but my car is '98, so apparently, mine are "Max Power". Or so I've been told...............:
