which is the best(cheapest) place to buy PIAA super plasma bulbs?

Don't know about 'cheap', but I got mine from Demon Tweeks.
I haven't seen them on sale anywhere else. Best bet is to spend a while trawling through the net.
Their lamps are without a doubt very good, but the general consensus of opinion seems to be that they're not worth the extra money. - I wouldn't spend another £90 on a pair. Something like Philips 'Vision Plus' seems to be a good cost alternative that claim to produce 50% more light for the same wattage. Osram do a 4100K lamp too, which I am told are very good also.
