Default Bee-R Rev limiter

Hello there. I'm new there.
I'm look everywhere, but I can't find solution for my problem.
I installed Bee-r to ignition control with 2 diodes 1A 1000v , Grey strip towards bee-r.
+ Is from lighter, - from bodywork.
But it didn't work. Does anybody know where is problem?
It doesn't matter which number I choose. It make always the same thing.
It's hilarious.
And it's not a fake Bee-r.

I have it engaged correctly. But i found something interesting. Rev limiter works, when is engine cold, but when its heat up, it going crazy like in the video. Any ideas? Many thanks.
Edit: I found new feature.
When I disconnected the yellow cable, engine run smoothly. But Bee-R doesn't work, lol.
I don't know what is wrong.
When I connect yellow cable to crank. Angle, car won't start.

Edit:
Well. I make switch for the Bee-R.
So, when it's turned off and I have more rpm, than 1500 and I turn Bee-R on. It's working perfectly. So I really don't know, what is wrong! From 800-900 rpm I can't take more than 1500 rpm, when it's turned on. Doesn't matter what number is.
That bee-r is hilarious thing.

I've been looking into getting one of these to stop any garages who have my car revving it hard. Was it bought new?
