Hello Guys

I have a v4 sti, I have a problem where if I engine brake or lift off the accelerator downhill, engine light comes on and when rev drops below 1k rpm. it goes off.

I checked the code and found out it was the idle control valve.

Anyviews ? someone else got same issue and how to remedy it ?
