hi would these headlight just be a straight swap on to the uk car without any mods or wiring cutting ?

 

Assuming that you have the ballasts, you'll also need a custom wiring harness to connect to your current headlight plugs. I expect that the plug for the adjustment motors will be different also - 6 pin for JDM v 3/4 UK.
