hi guys

i have a subaru impreza hawkeye 2l non turbo 2006. its throwing a p0030 code for the a/f sensor heater circuit. without thinking i spent £200 on a new sensor and low and behold it didn't sort it even after clearing the code. so far i have found that it has continuity to the ECU and its getting 8-10 volts through the heater.

any ideas? or does it sound like an ECU fault?
