Default Retrofit Sat Nav to 06 Saloon

Hi All,

As i may end up keeping my impreza and want to update the interior to be that bit more modern.

I was wondering if i can retrofit the oem subaru sat nav from a hatchback into my 06 saloon?

Thanks

Why not just buy a better aftermarket system which will do more, be more modern and fit straight in with no issues?

As BPR says above

If you were to do it, you would need the various adapter cables (from an upgrade version, as the dash wiring loom differs if Sat Nav came as factory fit), GPS aerial, microphone etc., etc.

Also the unit is an "oversize" double din, so your centre panel would need serious modification.

Anything can be done, but certainly won't be easy.
