Default Fuel Pump not running

Hi All
I am putting a v3 STi back together and nearly there but it won't fire. Initial investigation shows the fuel pump isn't running. I have checked the black connector under the rear seat and it is clean but no power to it. I bought the car as a project so not too sure about what relays if any have been removed. When I turn on the ignition I hear a click behind the passenger side glove box which is the relay clicking so that appears ok. I have had a look under the drivers side kick panel and there is a green connector 4 pins not connected. and ideas.

Now sorted. The previous guy must have removed the pump relay and bridged the terminals inorder to pump the tank dry and didn't replace the relay. What a stupid place to put such an important relay. The engine last ran August 2016 but sounded sweet - a credit to Subaru.

Glad you sorted it, it's a pig to get to isn't it, I believe the relay for the heater fan is the same if you're after a temporary replacement, I found ICP the cheapest place when mine failed.
