Default Bugeye wrx alarm/starting issue

Totally out of my depth with alarms i have zero expierence dealing with alarms but heres the probpem im having. I bought a uk bugeye wrx with turbo timer fitted. The car start 7/10 times sometimes it will turn over but not catch sometimes it just clicks and doesnt even turn over. others the alarm goes off but if i hold the key on it starts. The key fobs dont work admittedly i havent changed the batts in them to see but just been locking door manually but surely dead batts in key fobs isnt the issue.

Could just be car battery nearing end of life. Once your alarm starts going off at start up and bleeping and not turning over. Once battery drops below a certain output alarm gets triggered for some reason and your neighbours get annoyed whilst your car won't start!
