Hi guys just wanted to pick up your brain and try find the problem on my car

Went to use the car all started fine and off I went , going down the road while turning my indicators was not working, so pulled over and quickly went to check the fuses it was late. Noticed two fuses have blown in the engine bay , one being horn and other being indicators. Both a 15amp fuse so I changed them great very thing was working again. Couple Minutes later they blown again.

Is there something I'm missing what could it be

 

Short circuit on horn and or indicators.
