wiring in rear foglight and switch

Hi all.

is there any "how to" on wiring in rear foglight and switch????
searched but it all seems a little vague.

what is vague ?
Pick up feed so it only comes on when the lights are on, fit fog lamp on rear RHS of car . . .

what about switch for them in the dash?
