Im getting a hawkeye jdm sti spec which has halogen lights with an after market hid kit.

Where can I get sti uk xenon headlights? Is it an easy conversion?

Why have they been swapped out as they should be OEM hid's on that shouldn't they?

 

Ive been told the spec c type ra never came with oem hid's? I honestly dont know.

I've just bought a 2005 type c RA silver 65000 miles.Hawkeye.
Fantastic car , very clean. Never owned a scooby before. Very impressed with them and can't believe I haven't been interested before. I'm looking to remap the car as its standard but not sure yet. Do you know where the best place for re mapping and cambelt change would be.

 

Do you have xenon factory headlights? where in london are you based?

I'm off to Le Mans in June and am going to give her an oil change. Filter too.
Using k&n flat filter with k&n oil filter. Cam belt should be ok coz it was checked by dealer that sold it but will want to change it later on.

 

Apparently there was 150 of these cars in blue,150 in white and 50 in silver.
Does anyone know if there's anymore 2005 cars in the uk?

Yes I'm very pleased with the car. It's like it's brand new inside and out.
