Default Replacing Standard Steering wheel in my WRX Blobeye

Hey people!

I'm new to Impreza ownership and wanting some help replacing the Steering wheel and airbag on the car as I dislike the OMP Wheel thats on there.

Call me crazy but I like to be able to reach the indicator and wiper stalks without taking my hands off the wheel!

Anyway I've gotten a replacement wheel and airbag and a new one of these:

But the wiring seems to be missing something as the two cables that would feed into the wheel dont connect to the airbag or the horn cables:

I've seen that there might be another smaller harness that needs to connect these? Or am I just missing something?

Hoping someone can help!

photograph the connectors from the steering column?

Perhaps you bought the wrong squib for your model?

Should be plug and play, maybe there's a bit of the harness missing?

fixed the pics - now they're large!

The previous owner had done nothing to stop the airbag light coming on.

Thats half the reason I want it sorted and back to normal.

My thinking is there's another cable that links these.

Was hoping to find someone with some knowledge or a part number so I can order one.

Yeah that 2nd link looks like the one - the horn adaptor maybe? but isnt that just whats connected to the steering wheel?

It seems like there's something missing!

I have that clock spring with a resistor in if it'll help but the airbag wouldn't work but the light would go off. I ended up buying a new clock spring from a breaker as that harness was difficult to find on its own.

Thanks for the Offer forgedmarco, but It seems I simply have the wrong harness!

I'm going to call Proven Subaru tomorrow and get the correct harness ordered, thankfully its not too much money.

Here's the ring harness in the car and the god aweful wiring hack job the previous owner did to it:
