I have rather strange looking Black headlights on my 2001 UK300 Bug Eye and I'd like to swop them back with a set of originals, which I have.

Looking at the backs of the black ones in situ, there seems to be loads more wires and connectors than the standard ones.

Is this a straight forward swop for someone who doesn't know what they're doing or is it a garage job?

I don't want to start and not be able to finish.

You may have either Prodrive or Morette lights. Both are worth money.

And not an easy swap back.

Not an easy swap back? I thought that might be the case. Too many wires.

 

The UK300 came with those lights as standard iirc. It wouldn't look like a UK300 if you put standard bug lights in!
