After receiving the DV this guy said he no longer wanted it as it looked faulty (He fully admits he never tested or even fitted it - When it was removed it was working fine and had been for many months) - I offered to pay for any resolution of fault he thought it had, but he declined - I then offered a full, no quibble refund, inc postage payable when the Dump Valve was returned to me. Before he had even popped it in the post, he had raised a paypal dispute, which froze the funds, and then before I could take delivery of the package he then escalated the claim with paypal thus freezing my entire paypal acccount.
I have attempted all avenues to resolve this issue amicably, but he is rude, impatient and a bully.

this guy told me to file a paypay claim, he then decided that he was going to punish me for telling paypal buy making me wait for the dv to be tested.
the dv was all loose in its fitting when it got to me and was missing a sealing ring,i could blow through the dv my self,i did not need to fit the item to know it would not hold boost.

i have left feedback on i trader about the hole thing, thats what its for.
and why would i fit something that is unusable.

and i have only replied to the msgs that you have sent me.

paypal is the only way to get a response some times and most of your i trader score is for buying not selling, how can you leave a buyer bad feedback if he paid straight away.
if anyone would like to see my ebay id that has over 320 positive feedback let me know
