1981 Red ford cortina 1.6l with a knackered camshaft ( Dads old car ) Good fun , it being RWD , until I wrapped it round a lampost .
1986 burgandy pug 205 1.3 GR .
1988 red pug 205 1.8 XLD diesel . A bloke in a granada lost control in the snow , met me head on and totalled the pug .
1991 pug 205 1.4 XS with GTI alloys , LAD suspension & K&N filter . Fantastic little car , handled like a kart . Could keep up with a GTI on the twisty stuff . Liked my pugs & would still be driving one - probably a 1.9 GTI - if I didn't need a bigger car for towing my stock car ( a 309 1.9 GTI ).
1991 red Legacy 2.2GX 4WD , compomotive alloys , turbo shocks & uprated pads .
Next car - probably a legacy turbo to scare you impreza boyos on the track .

Well spotted Paul - not like you . You must've stopped sniffing the pro-boost . But the 306 has now been replaced by the 307 . Of course I could always aim for the 607 executive class car , going through the 405 , 406 , 504 , 505 & 605's on the way .

Vans, the ESI was also a Vtec but only a single cam. I found the difference huge especially at around 5000rpm in the SiR. Traction control was fitted as standard as was a strut brace and the suspension was modded so it handled superbly, unlike my Scooby at Mondello last week. Apart from my Impreza the SiR was the most fun car I have ever driven.

1994 settled claim and bought 325i new shape

1995 went mad and bought Nissan 200SX (chipped)

1995 bought twin turbo Toyota Supra !

1995 Bought my first Scooby MY94 (wow)

1996 Couldn't afford petrol so got sensible and bough a rover 400 SLDI diesel (sensible?)

1997 Rover 600 SDI but got fed up of Diesel and got a good job!

August 1997 Went really mad but managed to weasel an XK8 Jag as a company car :-)

Dec 1997 Left job and was carless!!

Jan 1998 started working for myself and bought C180 Merc.

Feb 1998 brought Merc in for a service fell in love and drove out in a CLK 230Kompressor!

Sept 1998 Sold Merc for more than I bought it for, to a certain famous lady from Limerick with extravagant taste ;-)

Sept 1998 put deposit on MY99 Scooby and LS Auto's very kindly loaned me a 91 legacy until January.

1999 Bought MY99 DBM Scooby heavily modded

Dec 1999 Car was stolen

Jan 2000 Decided no more scooby's and bought a 98 Alfa 156 2.5 V6 what a sound!

March 2000 traded Alfa for new model 156 2.5V6 Sports Pack 3

August 2000 lost my socks on the ALFA but had to have another Scooby!!

Bought my current car MY00 Wagon and modded as follows.
