Definitely not! The Reliant is a well known supercar slayer. In designing this car the manufacturers had the foresight to remove a wheel, therefore affording it less drag and acceleration that would pull even the best held on toupee right off your bonce.

Reliant robin would be faster. Check the general discussions thread about power loss between crank and wheels. 1 wheel drive car is ideal situation. (It might be a laugh if you put the scooby engine in the reliant robin)
