Jetex 3" stainless steel system (from downpipe back ie. removes centre cat) as sold by Revolution, Scoobyparts etc. Approx 10 months old, good power gains (extra 0.1 bar over std on a MY96) a nice bassy note and in very good condition. Would class as "medium" loudness and not tiring on motorways. Can e-mail photos and will try to record a wave file over the weekend. Costs £284 new but would take £170 ono. Impending sale of scooby is forcing sale.

Martin

Will be off the car by next weekend - any interest at £150? Bargain price for a 3" S/steel rearbox and centre section.

Stevie boy

I'm afraid the downpipe for a 1.6 is probably smaller than the turbo one. Not too sure design wise how the standard systems compare. Like all things I'm sure a good exhaust place could fabricate an adaptor to make it fit for a price. Maybe someone in the know could advise us on this one?

The systems are different,

But you could get the tailbox to fit with a little work assuming it has a flange where it joins the std. centre section.

Either change over the flange from your std. system (welder needed) or hold up the Jetex and see if you can get the holes in the flange to line up with the std. system by enlarging them and using smaller diameter bolts.
